Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Securing Your Spot: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your preferred room configuration. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to the retreat start date.
Cancellations 30+ Days Prior: If you cancel 30 days or more before the retreat begins, you will receive a full refund of any balance paid, minus a 25% administrative fee based on the total package price.
Cancellations Within 30 Days: Due to our exclusive villa bookings and curated itinerary arrangements, any cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date are completely non-refundable.
Spot Transfers: If you are forced to cancel within 30 days, you are fully permitted to transfer or sell your booked spot to another woman of your choosing, provided you notify us at least 7 days before departure.
Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Please note that while personal insurance will protect your external flight bookings, baggage, and medical emergencies in Thailand, it will not cover your non-refundable retreat registration fee.
